First, a promise: I have never used – nor will I ever use – any AI tool such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, or Copilot to write this material. For better or for worse, you will read my own thoughts and words I've edited using a process I've developed over the last couple of decades. I will, however, use spell check and grammar check, just to save me from myself and prevent any doubts you might have that I passed kindergarten.
